Gravity Fitness Calisthenics Club Workshops

Gravity Calisthenics Club is coming to London.

Join us at GymNation Vauxhall for a 90-minute, hands-on calisthenics workshop coached by the Calibre World team, the same coaches you'll recognise from inside the Gravity Fitness App.

The workshop will focus on two of the biggest skills in calisthenics:

HANDSTANDS × MUSCLE-UPS

Whether you're working towards your first rep, trying to improve your technique, or looking to take an existing skill further, our coaches will work through progressions appropriate to your current ability.

You don't need to already be able to handstand or muscle-up to attend.

Each session will be split into smaller coaching groups before rotating between the two skills.

That means everyone gets dedicated time working on:

✓ Handstand technique & progressions
✓ Muscle-up technique & progressions
✓ Coaching appropriate to your current level
✓ Practical advice you can take back into your own training

We're deliberately keeping each session small so that everyone gets meaningful coaching time.

We're heavily subsidising the Gravity Calisthenics Club workshops.

The goal isn't to make these expensive coaching events. We want to get more of the Gravity community training together in person, learning new skills and getting better at moving and mastering their bodies.

And we've made the ticket value pretty difficult to argue with.

That's £29.95 worth of Gravity kit included with your ticket.

So even at the full £20 ticket price, the Gravity kit you receive is worth more than your ticket — before you even account for the 90-minute coached workshop.

We're intentionally keeping the groups small and won't increase the number of attendees once a session fills.
