About this Event
Reflect, release, and return to yourself.
As the holiday season approaches, we’re often asked to give more of ourselves. Between family gatherings, holiday preparations, and the expectations we place on ourselves, it can be easy to lose touch with our own needs. This time of year can be beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming. Consider this your invitation to pause, take a breath, and make space for yourself.
Join me for a 60-minute gratitude sound bath designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with the present moment. Through a gentle guided somatic meditation, you’ll be invited to turn inward, reflect on what you’re grateful for, and acknowledge what you may need to release to make room for rest, ease, and connection.
We’ll then move into an immersive sound experience featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. Allow the soothing sounds to support a moment of stillness, helping you soften the weight of the season and return to a sense of balance within yourself.
Come as you are, and give yourself permission to receive rather than give. Leave feeling more grounded, restored, and connected to yourself as you enter the holiday season with greater intention and gratitude.
No meditation experience is required. Simply arrive as you are and let yourself rest.
This sound bath is ideal if you’re seeking:
- Relief from stress, overwhelm, or mental fatigue
- Deeper grounding, embodiment, and clarity
- Improved sleep quality & mood
*Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, and anything else you need to be at your most comfortable. Sanitized eye covers with optional aromatherapy are provided. Ages 18+. Limited to 15 participants.
