One of the quickest ways to shift your energy is by expressing gratitude for what you have. Gratitude carries a high frequency—an invitation to open your heart, become present, and recognize what is supporting you right now.
We often focus on what comes next, what is missing, or what we hope to change. This evening invites you to pause, breathe, and connect with what you are grateful for today.
Through meditation, intention setting, and sound, we will reflect on:
