Gratitude Mini Yoga & Nature Retreat🌿✨https://www.tickettailor.com/events/livefreeyogawellness/2443304
Nature • Yoga • Breathwork • Meditation • Healing • Gratitude • Connection
As we enter a season of gratitude, you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the healing energy of nature—and with the wisdom within yourself.
We’ll gather at beautiful Arabia Mountain for an approximately 4-mile mindful nature hike, allowing the earth, fresh air, movement, and natural surroundings to bring us back into the present moment. Along the way, we’ll create space to reflect on what we’re grateful for, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect with the simple beauty of being alive.
We’ll deepen the experience with a grounding yoga practice, intentional breathwork, and guided meditation. Together, we’ll cultivate gratitude not just as something we feel, but as a practice of presence, connection, and healing.
Come nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Come reconnect with Mother Nature.
Come breathe, move, release, receive, and remember all that there is to be grateful for. 🌿
