Join City Glow Yoga for a morning of silent disco yoga and a light brunch at My Flight Tours, Detroit’s unique indoor helicopter experience, on Sunday, November 15th from 9 AM–12 PM.
Arrive at 9:00AM for check-in and music from DJ Kaels while exploring local vendors. From 9:30–10:30 AM, flow through an all-levels yoga experience led by Adria Moses w/ beats by DJ Kaels. Let the music move you and ground yourself in gratitude through the silent disco yoga experience.
From 10:30 AM–12:00 PM, keep the good energy flowing with a light brunch spread featuring assorted bagels and spreads, fresh pastries, a juice station, and freshly brewed coffee complimentary with your event ticket. Browse a curated selection of local vendors, connect with community, and enjoy a few special goodies and giveaways throughout the morning.
And because this gathering is all about reaching new heights, one lucky guest will have the chance to win an unforgettable helicopter ride for two (details for this giveaway will be announced on Instagram @cityglowyoga before the event. Your ticket includes the full experience — silent disco yoga, music, light brunch, and access to event goodies and giveaways.
