Gratitude & Glow is a women-only mini retreat for the woman who does it all: business owners, entrepreneurs, working women, moms and every independent woman in between.
Slow down, breathe and reset before the holiday rush. Yoga experience is helpful but not needed.
What to expect:
Yoga, breathwork and meditation followed by sauna and cold plunge, at your own pace, plus connect with other women who get it
You’ll leave calm, recharged and ready for the season.
