Grassroots Cup Southampton 2026 | U7–U14 Youth Football Tournament

Join us this June for the Grassroots Cup Southampton 2026, a professionally organised grassroots youth football tournament welcoming U7 to U14 teams across two action-packed days.

Designed to give young players a competitive yet enjoyable experience, the Grassroots Cup focuses on quality fixtures, fair play, and a great matchday atmosphere — all delivered in a professional grassroots environment.

10:00 AM – U7 & U9
1:00 PM – U11 & U13

10:00 AM – U8 & U10
1:00 PM – U12 & U14

⏱️ Teams should arrive at least 30 minutes before kick-off for registration and warm-up.

U7 & U8: 5-a-side
U9 – U14: 7-a-side (Max 3 subs)
Group stage followed by Cup & Trophy knockout rounds
Minimum 4 matches per team
Match duration: 10 minutes
Age groups based on the 2025/26 season
2-Level Tournament to ensure fair and competitive games

Maximum squad sizes apply per age group
Teams must follow FA grassroots rules
Respect for referees, opponents, and organisers is expected at all times

Fixtures will be sent 3–5 days before the event
