VIP Experience: VIP guests are invited to an exclusive reception on the veranda from 5:00 - 6:00 pm, featuring stunning views of the river and downtown Des Moines. VIP guests will also enjoy an elevated tasting experience once inside Historic City Hall, featuring premium wines, exceptional food, and exclusive entertainment.
