Join us for a fun-filled event with live music provided by country-rock star Cody Cozz and mouth-watering fare from Mile High Sliders or Smoking Bones BBQ, and Scoops ice cream. Throw a bean bag in a round of cornhole, mosey through all eight model homes and enjoy a sweet treat from Little Bird Bakery – while the cookies last!
Each model will showcase distinctive features, so look for the table tents during your tour. Once you can answer all eight questions, turn in your game card for a food truck wrist band PLUS a chance to win one of three $500 gift cards from Home Depot, The Container Store, and Southlands Mall.
All of the builders – Century Communities, Pulte Homes, Richmond American and Toll Brothers – have an activity planned to make your tour through each model impressive and memorable. And prospective home buyers and house hunters will walk away with swag, worthy of this inaugural, exclusive event! Just head to E. Mineral Ave. off of Monaghan Rd. and follow the cloudbuster balloons!
