My name is Libby and I'm starting a journey that is both scary and exciting. I've been a crafter all my life, painting, sewing, patchwork, crochet , a little of knitting, furniture restoration, cross stitch, embroidery.. I've had go at most things. I've always been a connector of people and it had been a dream of mine to use the connections we find in creating, the stillness it can bring and the sheer joy of finishing a project all in all one place.
I want The Yarn Barn to be more than a Yarn Shop but a space where we can learn, create and connect together.
Everyone will be welcome.
There will be classes at all times to suit different life schedules, seniors discount days, events every month and a social Stitch and Yarn every Thursday evening.
From beginners to life long makers we want to bring generations together, meet the makers and creators that encourage our journeys and be a space where you can bring your project and stay a while.
We want you - the community to be part of our journey- one stitch, one conversation at a time.
