Starting from the Human Powered Health Performance Lab, participants will take part in a laid-back 5K run.
Time: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Schedule:
- 8:00 AM: Doors open.
- 8:30 AM: Group run begins
- 9:30 AM: Tour the new Lab space, enter a variety of giveaways, and more!
This is a great opportunity to meet fellow runners, explore the lab, and learn how data-driven training can help you run faster and stay healthier.
