🎺 GRAND FORKS CITY BAND FALL CONCERT 🎶Travel from the South Pacific to the depths of the Inferno, explore an exhibition, enjoy a little Sleep, and experience enough musical drama to make you wonder whether the percussion section should have signed a liability waiver.
📅 Monday, November 23
🕖 7:00 PM
📍 Empire Arts Center
Join the Grand Forks City Band for an evening filled with bold fanfares, powerful marches, breathtaking melodies, and dramatic music that may or may not summon something from the brass section. 😈🎺
The program includes music by King, Mussorgsky, Rogers, Saint-Saëns, Smith, Whitacre and more. From the sweeping sounds of Highlights from South Pacific and Pictures at an Exhibition to the intensity of Inferno and the peaceful beauty of Sleep, there will be something for every musical taste.
