Ultra 50 (50 miles)
Your journey begins on dramatic clifftops above Limeslade Bay, before plunging down to Mumbles Pier. You’ll enjoy fast, runnable miles along Swansea Bay’s coastal path, then head inland through woodland and estuary landscapes via Clyne Woods and the salt marshes of the Loughor Estuary — a constantly changing backdrop that keeps the legs guessing and the mind inspired. Here you'll join the next 2 races and continue your adventure.
Ultra Bach (34 miles)
Starting high above the estuary at Weobley Castle, the Ultra Bach joins the Ultra 50 route in the marshes before the terrain turns serious! From Llandimore onwards, smooth trails give way to relentless sand dunes and the iconic crossing of Rhossili Bay, with breath taking views towards Worms Head and South Gower.
Gower Trail Race (23 miles)
All courses join the course near Rhossili, abd the start of the Trail Race. Here runners traverse clifftop farmland before a stunning coastal finale. Expect a greatest-hits tour of Gower’s finest scenery — Port Eynon, Oxwich Bay, Three Cliffs Bay, Caswell Bay and Langland Bay — before climbing to Rams Tor and the finish line.
