Government House, Canberra will open its gates to the public on Saturday October 10 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Open Day is an opportunity to enjoy the grounds, explore one of the most historic properties in the country, learn about the role of the Governor-General and the Australian Honours System, and engage with a number of Her Excellency's patronages.
Registration is encouraged, but not required for entry. Registering helps us estimate attendance and plan for a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Please be aware photographs will be taken throughout the day that may appear across the Governor-General’s digital channels. Please let our photographers know if you would prefer not to be photographed on the day.
