Cozy season just got a little sweeter! Join us for a hands-on class dedicated to the art of handcrafted marshmallows and decadent hot cocoa. You’ll learn how to create perfectly fluffy marshmallows from scratch, play with seasonal flavors and finishes, and craft rich hot cocoa blends that make an ordinary winter night feel extra special.Then, weather permitting, we’ll take the cozy outside to our patio and gather around the fire pit to sip hot cocoa and enjoy our freshly made marshmallows fireside. Come ready to mix, whip, sip, and soak up a little homemade winter magic!
What to Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes- it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional Chef instructor.
Length: Approximately 2 hours (timing will depend on class size and flow!)
Format: Hands-On. Get ready to stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the chef instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back.
Make sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy all the dishes created during class.
