About this Event
Want a healthier spin on Goth Night?
Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sounds of New Wave, Dark Wave + Post-Punk! Then stay to grab a drink and mingle!
Never done yoga before? You're in the right place. This class is beginner-friendly and designed to help you unwind, move your body, and leave feeling a little more relaxed.
More intermediate? Don't worry I'll give you some spicier options to feel challenged!
This will be all levels class held at Deep Cuts in Medford ! We'll flow to a curated playlist to the sound of bands like Joy Division, Sisters of Mercy, Boy Harsher and MORE!
Expect a class that begins gently, builds heat, and ends with a meditative savasana (that's just laying down like a dead body for anyone who's new to yoga 😉).
But the best part? This isn't just a yoga class. It's a chance to find your people.
After class, stick around, grab a drink, hang out, and meet other local goth music- loving yoga misfits. Come with friends or show up solo and meet some new ones.
Everyone's welcome.
