Featured Poet | Mike Linehan
Mike Linehan (he/they) is a New Hampshire-based poet and educator who has read at local open mics since 2011. The venue they now call home is Slam Free or Die (Manchester, New Hampshire) and they were a part of their 2024 slam team. Their work has appeared in As Alive Journal, Death Wish Poetry Magazine, and Wingless Dreamer, as well as their poetry collection The Porch Light (self-published 2023). They like engaging in Netflix binges (always open to suggestions!), promising themself that they’ll practice guitar every week (they won’t), and working tirelessly to convince their students that literature and poetry are, in fact, cool.

Shane Morin
Shane is an urban horror poet living in Manchester, New Hampshire. He is the former Literary Laureate of Dover. His work has been published in Star * Line, Touchstone, Mad Persona, and several anthologies, including Nightmerica: Corruptions of the American Dream, Sleeve of Hearts as well as The Devil’s Playground: A Horror Charity Anthology for Drug Addiction. When he's not slinging lines, you can find him binging Farscape and most anything Star Trek.
