For two massive nights, Retro transforms into a Goosebumps-inspired playground of fear and fun: haunted masks, eerie libraries, creepy crawlies, neon-lit horrors, and monsters lurking in every shadow. This isn’t just another party — this is Melbourne’s ultimate Halloween destination.

Goosebumps Comes to Life – Iconic books reimagined in a neon-lit nightclub setting. Think haunted masks, eerie libraries, creepy photo ops and plenty of surprises lurking in the shadows.

Two Nights of Terror – Friday + Saturday, doubling your chance to dance, scream, and slay in costume.
The Costume Contest of the Year – 3 finalists each night go on camera to share their look. After the weekend, Retro staff + our socials crown the winner of $500 cash. Fame, fortune, and frights — only at Retro.
Creepy Shots – Exclusive creepy, glowing shots served by spooky monsters.
The Biggest Throwback Dancefloor – Non-stop ’80s & ’90s anthems, spooky remixes, and all the Retro bangers you love.

Each night, 3 finalists will be chosen.
Contestants will share their outfit inspiration and why they deserve the grand prize on camera.
After the weekend, our staff + online community will vote for the winner.
