A committee of accomplished women leaders carefully designs the event to ensure it remains both classy and respectful, recognizing not only individual excellence but also the collective achievements of women shaping our community.

Selection Process
Nominations are submitted through an online application process from across Grayson County, with each Grayson County Chamber of Commerce actively encouraging participation within their respective communities.
All eligible nominations are forwarded to an independent panel of judges located outside of Grayson County to ensure an impartial and blind evaluation process. Utilizing the established rubric, judges review and score each nomination.
In the event of a tie, the GLOWI Committee reserves the authority to make the final determination.
