Good Grief-moving through the five stages of grief.

Mayflower Church is starting a group for anyone grieving a loss. The loss could be of a loved one, a pet, or a job.
Experienced leader, Val Gow, will be leading the six week sessions beginning on this Sunday, October 4 at 12 noon. They will be using the book “Good Grief-moving through the 5 stages of grief. “ The cost is $8. This will gather in the Family Life Center.
