We’ve been taught to be good girls all our lives.
To be nice.
To make them feel good.
To not rock the boat.
To make it perfect.
To never make anyone angry or upset.Yet then we find ourselves people-pleasing in relationships where we’re not feeling met.
We cross our own boundaries over and over again trying to find love and connection.
Our inner perfectionist holds us back from our art, sacred work and relationships because we’re afraid of getting it wrong.
And you can feel where this is holding you back from your power.
And there are some of us who broke out of the box to be the bad girls.
Stepping into our s.3.xuality and wild nature to claim this power.
To own our “f*ck you” and the fight responses that move through us.
Rebelling against the rules, structuresYet there we got lost in painful relationships and push away the one’s we love.
We’ve gotten caught in addictive patterns of chasing the next high sensation experience
And we’ve been fighting with the word discipline and schedule all our lives because it feels like a cage…yet we feel caged in the spinning chaos of our lives.

We are being asked to collapse the polarity between the good girl and bad girl and come into our authentic, mature feminine power.
To see where we’ve learned to play damsel or perpetual rescuer in our relationships and come into our agency and sovereignty.
This is an embodied, ritualistic transformation space to invite the depth of your mature, feminine spirit to emerge and to meet the true nature of the heart of the light feminine and the dark feminine beyond the immature, fear based good//bad girl story.
I am pouring ten years of dedication and devotion to trauma transformation, shamanic ritual and feminine embodiment into this deep dive one day offering for the women of my community and I am so honoured to be serving our women in this way.
And I will be joined by the utterly amazing and transformative feminine ritual photographer Aurielle Laredo

There will be multiple embodiment practices and embodied journeys throughout the day as well as a somatic ritual photoshoot with Aurielle Laredo.
This is truly an incredible gift and opportunity as she is one of the most skilled feminine ritual photographers I have experienced in my last 5 years in this field.
