The Gong Fu Cha Ceremony, or Kung Fu Tea Ceremony (Chinese: 工夫茶 or 功夫茶), is a kind of Chinese tea ceremony, involving the ritual preparation and presentation of tea. The term means "Making Tea With Skill".Gongfu tea is a traditional way of preparing tea, characterised by multiple infusions of the same tea in a small teapot. This way of brewing originated from Chaozhou during the Song Dynasty, which is why it's also often referred to as "Chaozhou Gongfu Cha".
