During the Gong Bath, you will lie down comfortably on a yoga mat and blankets while our experienced sound healer plays the gong. The gong will produce a symphony of healing frequencies, taking you on a journey of sound and vibration. The experience is deeply relaxing and meditative, as the sounds work on a cellular level, releasing tension, and promoting profound relaxation.

Who Can Attend:
Gong Bath is open to everyone, regardless of age or experience. No prior meditation or sound healing experience is required. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to receive the healing benefits of sound.
However, for safety reasons, the event is not suitable for pregnant women in their first 12 weeks, individuals with a pacemaker, severe epilepsy, severe osteoporosis, recent hip/joint operations, or broken bones within the last 6 weeks.
What To Wear:
Anything you feel comfortable in and can relax in. You may want to bring layers too.
What To Bring:
You don't need to bring anything as the studio provides everything you need to relax, including mats, bolsters, and blankets
