What better way to welcome Friday the 13th, then with a powerful gong explosion. It’s time to shake off all those icky energies, stressful moments, and unwanted emotions that may have collected throughout the month.
Let’s send them on their way and make room for fresh thoughts, positive energy, and a renewed sense of peace.
Join me for an hour of deep, powerful gong, vibrations as the rich, resonating sounds wash over you, surrounding your body, mind, and spirit. Allow yourself to sink into relaxation as the waves of sound invite you to release what is no longer serving you.
My wish is that you leave feeling lighter, refresh, and re-energized and ready to embrace whatever comes your way
