About this Event
Step into a sacred space of vibration where waves of sound gently wash over you. Surrounded by the frequencies of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and shamanic instruments, you will be guided into a meditative soundscape designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and awaken the body’s natural ability to heal.
As the sound unfolds, stagnant energy may begin to soften and release, creating space for clarity, balance, and deep inner stillness. Allow yourself to surrender, to rest, and to be held by the resonance.
Selene Sounds is a collaboration between sound artists Frances and Sophie, devoted to crafting immersive sound journeys — offering a sanctuary of calm and an oasis of peace within the rhythm of everyday life.
Please wear soft, comfortable clothing so you can fully relax into the experience, and feel free to bring water for afterwards. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before we begin, as the space will be closed once the sound bath has started.

Please note: While sound healing is a gentle practice, it is not suitable for those with epilepsy, in the first trimester of pregnancy, with pacemakers or metal implants, who have had recent surgery, or who are experiencing severe mental health conditions.
