My name is Melisa and I want to share with you the magic of the gong. After many years practicing meditation finding the gong was a revelation for me. Not everyday we are able to sit in silence and meditate with a quiet and focussed mind but with the sound of the gong is hard not to be present. The sound activates your parasympatethic nervous system and disables the alert/stressed state we tend to live with. Is it also usual to get dream-like images from our subconscious guiding us to what we need to let go of, or what we need to pay more attention to. It is really a fantastic tool that even after 5 years playing keeps surprising me.
