This immersive Gong Bath and Reiki Healingexperience is designed to support deep energetic alignment and inner balance between the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies within us.
We all carry both energies within us. When one becomes dominant or suppressed, it can affect our relationships, work, finances, confidence and overall wellbeing.

⚠️ Gong baths are generally safe for most people, but some people should avoid them.
Medical conditions:
- Pregnancy: Not suitable during the first trimester
- Epilepsy or seizures: Not suitable without consulting a professional
- Heart conditions: May not be suitable for people with a history of heart conditions or a pacemaker
- Metal implants: May not be suitable for people with metal implants like pacemakers, cochlear implants, neurostimulators (NOT Dental Implants)
What to bring?
For your gong bath session, mats, pillows and blankets are provided. You may bring a sleep mask for added relaxation if you wish and bottle of water. Please wear comfortable clothing to ensure a restful experience.
Late arrivals
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we begin the session with meditation. Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) will not be allowed to enter, as this would disrupt the experience for others and no refunds will be issued. Please plan your journey in advance to ensure you arrive on time.

Amina: Amina's own spiritual awakening led her to discover sound as far more than a tool for relaxation - it became a profound pathway for healing, inner clarity, and spiritual growth.
With over two years of experience facilitating weekly sound bath sessions, she has supported individuals through transformative experiences using gongs, crystal bowls, and other therapeutic instruments. Whether guiding group gong baths or offering one-to-one sessions, Amina connects with each person on an energetic level, creating a safe and nurturing space for release, insight, and realignment.
Her sessions extend beyond sound healing techniques; they are intuitive, guided journeys designed to awaken one's true essence, clear stagnant energy, and encourage meaningful shifts within the mind, body, and spirit.
