About this Event
Welcome to our weekly Gong Baths at the Retreat Bournemouth
A moment of stillness. A space to exhale. An invitation to simply be.
Step away from the rhythm of everyday life and enter a sanctuary of calm, where time slows and the outside world gently fades away.
Allow yourself to be enveloped by the exquisite resonance of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, interwoven with the deep, expansive tones of the gong.
Each sound unfolds with intention, creating a rich and immersive soundscape that invites profound relaxation, quiet reflection and a renewed sense of harmony.
Your experience begins with a gentle guided relaxation, allowing you to settle into the present moment before surrendering to the sound.
There is nothing to achieve, nowhere else to be.
Simply rest. Receive. Reconnect.
