Join me for a Sunday morning of deep rest and relaxation using the tools of Yoga Nidra, Singing Bowls, Gongs and Chimes. We will begin the session with a guided Yoga Nidra and time to integrate your own 'San Kalpa' (intention) into the practise.As you are immersed in the healing power of sound, the sustained resonance of the gong blossoms into a ‘sound envelope’ around you, allowing you to enter a theta brainwave state and experience a deep sense of peace. The vibrations of the gong work at a cellular level to release stagnant energy and rebalance the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
All mats, blankets and bolsters are provided so all you need to do is lay down, relax and allow the sound waves to move through you. No experience of yoga or meditation are needed.
