Gong Bath + 111hz Frequency Tubes + Aura Smudging
We are a local sound healing experience called Elysian Sound Therapy - a space dedicated to deep relaxation, restoration, and inner calm - transporting you to paradise with this ancient form of healing.
We are both Advanced Gong Practitioners and have been working with sound and gong baths for years. We have combined our experience and created this beautiful and blissful experience using our Gongs and Dragon Frequency Tubes.
This session is designed to ground your body, mind and soul. We will be smudging with our new dragon energy sage stick after the Gong Bath to help cleanse your aura!

Why come to a Gong Bath?
Gong Baths are scientifically proven for very positive results towards Pain Management, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, and much more. Using the sound vibrations from the Gongs helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and support emotional and physical wellbeing.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned pro, this session is all about good energy, deep relaxation and deep cellular healing in a very safe space. No experience needed, just come as you are and let the sound waves wash over you!
Light nibbles are served after for extra grounding.
Please bring - something to lie on such as a yoga mat, a blanket, cushion and water. Chairs are available. Whatever makes you comfortable so you can enjoy the experience!
11 - 16 year olds to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
There is parking in the High St. and the door to the Grammar School is next to the Library.
