About this Event
If you’re looking for something simple and soothing to honor this Summer Solstice, this is it.
The pinnacle of Summer - the Solstice, the longest day of the year - can bring heightened energy as our bodies entrain to the most amount of sunlight we see all year. Along with this can come a nervous system wound tightly or one that feels on the brink of burnout.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
Resilience requires regular rest - a little down time to reset before reconnecting with the bright, productive energies that are truly the greatest gifts of Summer. Join us for one easy hour of rest during the hour before sunset (aka golden hour) on one of the longest days of the year.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Personal oracle card pulls
- Custom tea blend to support nervous system cooling
- A mini guided meditation
- A full sound bath experience, with quartz crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes, and atmospheric instruments

7:30pm - Doors open (arrive early to settle in and pull oracle cards)
7:45pm - Event Start
*please be on time - doors will be locked at 7:45pm so nobody wanders in off the street. Once doors are locked, no admittance and no refunds.

*due to ongoing construction on Colfax, please allow ample time for parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

WHAT TO BRING
• a journal/pen
• water bottle
• sleep mask/eye cover
• a pillow (if you prefer, like me, to use your bolster for under your knees)
• socks & a favorite blanket if you run cold (no shoes in the venue, please)
• dress in layers; body temperature can drop as you relax
Yoga mats, light blankets, and bolsters will be provided.
Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate.
REFUND POLICY
Life happens, I get it.
• If you need to cancel more than 7 days before the event, you’ll receive a full refund.
• If something comes up within the week of the event, refunds are NOT available, but if you let me know at least 48 hours in advance of the event start time, I’ll happily apply 50% of your ticket price as credit toward a future gathering.
• For no-shows or late arrival, no refund or credit will be provided.
Your spot is reserved just for you, and space is limited, so thank you for honoring the energy and preparation that goes into creating these circles.
