Gold Martial Arts HLTAID009 Provide CPR CourseBe prepared to respond when it matters most with the HLTAID009 Provide CPR course. This course is designed for anyone who wants to develop the practical skills and knowledge needed to confidently respond to a life-threatening emergency.
You will learn how to recognise and respond to an emergency, perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and safely use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The course focuses on practical, hands-on training to help you respond effectively and provide appropriate care until medical assistance arrives.
Training is delivered in accordance with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines and meets CPR training requirements across a range of workplace and community settings.
What you will learn:
• Recognise and assess a life-threatening emergency
• Respond appropriately to an emergency situation
• Perform CPR on adults, children and infants
• Safely operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Follow appropriate emergency response procedures
• Provide CPR and first aid support until medical assistance arrives
