About this Event
PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION, RECORDING & MEDIA CONSENT
By registering for and/or participating in any service, worship gathering, event, program, or activity hosted by Spirit of Christ Embassy and/or Amazing Grace Transformation, you voluntarily acknowledge and agree to the following:
Photography, Video & Audio Recording:
You understand and acknowledge that services and events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, and/or audio recorded. By registering for or participating in the service, you grant Spirit of Christ Embassy and Amazing Grace Transformation, including their authorized representatives, the permission to photograph, record, reproduce, edit, publish, display, livestream, and otherwise use your image, likeness, voice, participation, and/or statements captured during the service.
These recordings may be used for ministry, educational, promotional, archival, broadcasting, livestreaming, and communication purposes, including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, websites, social media platforms, television, promotional materials, and other media channels.
Registration and Attendance:
Registration for the event constitutes your acknowledgment and consent to these recording and media-use terms. You do not have to complete an online registration in order to attend the service; however, attendance and participation in the service itself constitutes acknowledgment that recording may take place.
By entering and remaining within the sanctuary or designated event area, you understand that you may appear in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, or audio recordings. Your participation in the service constitutes your permission for such recordings to be made and used for the purposes described above, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Release of Claims:
You voluntarily release and hold harmless Spirit of Christ Embassy and Amazing Grace Transformation, together with their pastors, ministers, leaders, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, and authorized media personnel, from claims arising from the lawful use of your image, likeness, voice, or participation in recordings made during the service, except where prohibited by applicable law.
You understand that you will not receive financial compensation for the use of your image, likeness, voice, or participation in such recordings.
By registering for, entering, or participating in the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Participant Registration, Recording & Media Consent.
