The Enduring Classics Book Club is devoted to the enduring classics that shaped the literary world—and continue to shape us.
Led by Riley Reed, Godmothers’ head of storytelling, The Enduring Classics Book Club is a space to return to the novels that have shaped the literary landscape, and to read them slowly, thoughtfully, and in good company.
This series brings together four works that explore longing, identity, devotion, and the quiet architecture of a life. Books that reveal themselves quietly, sentence by sentence. Books that ask for your attention, and reward it.

We’ll gather each month for focused, text-centered conversation attentive to language, structure, and meaning. Less about takeaway, more about noticing. Less about answers, more about staying with the questions.
This event will be hosted in our third-floor loft space, which is only accessible by stairs.
