Join me for a deeply nurturing 6-week journey where floristry becomes more than creating — it becomes a practice of slowing down, connecting, and coming home to yourself.
This is not just a floristry class.
It’s a space to breathe, to create, and to be held in a calm, feminine environment.
Each week, we’ll explore seasonal floral design while weaving in gentle mindfulness, grounding practices, and moments of stillness.

Guided floristry session (bouquets, arrangements & seasonal designs)
Gentle grounding or yoga-inspired opening practice
