It's the spookiest time of the year, when the tiniest ghouls and ghosts haunt Downtown San Carlos in search of CANDY! Children 7 years and under, accompanied by an adult, are invited to Trick-or-Treat down Laurel Street from San Carlos Avenue to Arroyo Avenue in their costumes to visit businesses displaying a Goblin Walk sign. Pick up a Goblin Walk Trick-or-Treat bag at Harrington Park or from any Goblin Walk volunteer!
