George, we are putting on a race.Run 900 m, do a strength station, repeat 8 times. You enter in
a team of 2 or 4 and share the work, so in a team of 4 it comes
out at 1.8 km and 2 stations each.
There is also a 4 km social run with a DJ beforehand, no clock
and no winners, R100 and open to all ages if racing is not your
thing.
Early bird entries are open now. R300 each in a team of 4, R450
each in a team of 2, until 30 September. 60 team slots and they
fill in entry order.
