Join us this Thanksgiving for our special Gobble & Grapple for Veterans Open Mat! 🦃🥋Instead of our regular classes, we're opening the mats to bring our community together while supporting an incredible cause. The We Defy Foundation provides combat veterans with therapeutic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training to help improve their quality of life.
