Get ready to stretch, strengthen & smile with Goat Yogilates!
12PM
Join Goat Yoga DFW for a fun outdoor Yoga + Pilates fusion at Lakewood Brewing Company! This beginner-friendly class combines the best of both worlds—flowing yoga movements and feel-good stretches mixed with Pilates-inspired strengthening, core work, balance and controlled movement.
Whether you’re a yoga lover, Pilates girlie, or completely new to both, this class is all about moving your body, having fun and enjoying a workout that feels just as good as it burns. 🔥
And of course, you’ll be joined by the REAL stars of the class—the adorable Nigerian Dwarf and Mini Silky Fainting goats! 🐐 Expect plenty of laughs, goat cuddles, photo opportunities and maybe a few four-legged interruptions while you flow. 😂
No yoga or Pilates experience needed—all levels are welcome! Just bring your mat, come ready to move, and prepare for a one-of-a-kind Yogilates experience.
