Check an item off your bucket list with goat yoga of southern IL at the Monroe county farmers market . Step out of your comfort zone and relax, laugh, and refuel. Nothing better then starting the weekend off with some movement to your body and goat lovins. The kids can’t wait to meet you. Class starts at 9AM
