Rosedale OTR and Yogoat Cincinnati are teaming up to bring TWO special Bockfest editions of Goat Yoga on Saturday, March 7th and Sunday, March 8th! We'll be hosting one session each day at 11am. Tickets include a 45-minute yoga class accompanied by 4+ baby goats and your choice of a post-workout bock beer or mimosa!
Why goat yoga? Studies have shown it increases overall mood and happiness as immediate side effects while decreasing blood pressure and having a positive effect on the immune system. In addition...baby goats are just really, really cute.
Note: This is a 21+ class. Please bring your own yoga mat!
