Leave the rest of the world outside the gates for a little while and join inspiring Storm Yoga and Dance Studio and the little goats at Hellerick’s Family Farm for a little yoga and a lotta laughs!!!Goat Yoga not only aims to improve your physical and mental health but also offers a way to connect with the world around you. Goats have a natural bond with people, and yoga instructors agree goats are the perfect companions for yoga participants. They get you to relax and laugh with people from all walks of life.
Cost:$25 per person

* Please wear a T-SHIRT or other shirt that can get dirty. TANK TOPS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED!!
* Bring your own TOWEL! Yoga mats are not needed since the class takes place in the pasture and will get dirty (towels will be available for sale at the farm)
* Each Guest will need to complete a participation waiver.
* This activity is not recommended for pregnant women nor children under 8 years of age.
* Please wear a mask! You will be allowed to remove the mask once you are with the Goats!
