PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY
Both players must meet the following requirements:
Have at least 20 matches played in the 8-Ball format within the last two years.
Have actively participated on a 2026 Fall Session team.
Be participating on a 2027 Spring Session team.
Winners must continue participating on an active 2027 Spring Session team.
IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT FORMAT CHANGES
Due to the increasing popularity of this tournament, we've had to make some changes!
The tournament will be capped at 24 teams on a first-come, first-served basis (FCFS).
Fewer than 16 teams
All matches will be played on 7-foot tables.
16–17 teams
The first round will be played on 9-foot tables.
Winners will play one additional round on 9-foot tables.
The one-loss side will move to 7-foot tables.
All remaining rounds will be played on 7-foot tables.
18–24 teams
Everyone plays on 9-foot tables for the first two rounds.
The winners' side remains on 9-foot tables for a third round.
The one-loss side moves to 7-foot tables for the third round.
All remaining rounds will be played on 7-foot tables.
Both 9-foot and 7-foot tables may be used throughout the tournament.
EXCEPTION TO THE 20-MATCH REQUIREMENT
This exception may apply to players with established handicaps (10) who took a break from league play and returned, causing some of their qualifying matches to fall outside the two-year window.
To be considered, players must meet all of the following requirements:
Have a minimum of 20 lifetime matches in the 8-Ball format, including matches played more than two years ago.
Be participating on an active Spring Green Mountain APA team.
Have at least 10 matches played within the last two years.
