Light up your practice and move to the beat! 🌟 Join us for GlowGa! A high-energy and playful fusion of fluid yoga movement and dance. Set to an uplifting playlist with glowing vibes, this class invites you to let loose, drop into your body, and experience a fresh, joyful way to move.
We’ll begin with an intentional grounding and a rhythmic, heat-building warm-up. From there, we’ll break down a original yoga dance flow step-by-step— building the sequence modularly so you can lock into the muscle memory without feeling rushed.
Class culminates in a continuous, uninterrupted flow performance where we hit the lights, drop into a true state of presence, and move together as one to the music, concluding with a deep, well-earned cool-down and Savasana.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga or dance experience necessary—just bring your mat and a willingness to move.
