Step into a UV-lit yoga experience where movement meets music, colour and play. Start by getting creative with glow-in-the-dark body paint, then step onto the mat and let the lights, music and creativity set the mood.

With UV lights lighting up the space, a DJ bringing the beats, and your glow-in-the-dark designs coming to life, this is yoga with a little more colour, rhythm and fun.

Move, stretch, flow and let yourself play. Come as you are, get creative and enjoy a yoga experience unlike the usual. Dress for the occasion and wear something you’re happy to get creative with and see glowing under the UV lights.

Lauren is a RYT-200 yoga teacher with over 900 hours of teaching experience and 17 years as a group fitness instructor. She's taught in studios, gyms, corporate events, and free community classes, with a style that's welcoming, fun, inclusive, and non-traditional. Since August 2020, she's hosted free community yoga classes three mornings a week, and her website lists other Wellington community-venue and independent-teacher classes to support free and koha yoga. She also co-founded Wellington's CX Forum and speaks at national and international conferences on customer experience, technology innovation, and design thinking. By day, she works in digital technology and strategy.
