Save the date: Friday, Oct 30 is Halloween Glow Night at pickup.Same free Friday night at the Great Neck Pitch, 5:15 to 6:45 — earlier than usual so kids get daylight first and glow balls at dusk. Costumes welcome. Every kid goes home with a treat bag and a glow necklace to wear on Halloween night.
It's also FTP's first fundraiser. We're raising $5,000 to launch free training for kids: 8 weeks, one night a week, experienced and background-checked coaches, high school players assisting, no cost to families. Kids still play free. If you've ever wanted to help, this is the night to do it: fortheplayersfoundation.com/glow-night
Sign up on the app so we know how many are playing. Bring a friend who's never been.
This is a GREAT way to get in an extra night of wearing those cool costumes!
