• A warm, easy-to-follow Glow Flow under the black lights featuring Moon Salutations
• Neon face paint + glow accessories provided
• Glow-in-the-dark costumes encouraged — skeletons, ghosts, goblins + all your creative weirdness welcome
• Spooky tunes + because it’s Free To Be, expect a little unexpected dancing along the way
• A soothing candlelit Yoga Nidra to close the practice
• A seasonal snack + time to hang out and connect afterward
