Inspired by the iconic Cheetah Girls, this special event is all about finding your pack, embracing your individuality, building confidence, and creating meaningful friendships.
We believe every girl deserves a safe space where she feels seen, heard, supported, and empowered to be herself.

🐆 Finding Your Pack: Friendship & Confidence
Discover what it means to build healthy friendships, celebrate what makes you unique, and surround yourself with girls who encourage you to shine. Through interactive activities and conversations, we'll explore friendship, self-worth, confidence, and girl power!
🥗 Nutrition: Fueling Your Glow
Learn how to nourish your body, build balanced meals and snacks, and develop a healthy relationship with food. Our interactive nutrition experience will encourage girls to make informed choices while celebrating their bodies.
💗 Mental Health: Your Feelings Matter
A supportive, age-appropriate experience focused on understanding emotions, building self-esteem, setting boundaries, and developing healthy coping skills. Girls will participate in engaging activities that encourage positive self-talk and emotional wellness.
🎀 Girls' Sleepover Fun!
We're bringing the ultimate pajama-party vibes! Expect games, bonding activities, laughter, music, and unforgettable Cheetah Girls moments. Come ready to connect, make new friends, and have FUN!

📍 Location: Maddfitness Studio, Greensboro, NC
👯 Who: Girls ages 10–15
🐆 Dress Code: Cheetah print pajamas, pink, or your favorite cozy sleepover look!
💗 What to Expect: Empowerment, wellness education, interactive activities, friendship, and lots of fun!
This is a pajama-themed daytime event, not an overnight sleepover.
