An evening of family yoga, giggles, and glow.What to expect:
Glow and Flow class starting promptly at 1:45 pm.
Moms, dads, and kids will stretch, breathe, and flow together in a glow in the dark yoga class made for the whole family. The lights go down and the glow comes out for an all ages class everyone can enjoy side by side. Kids are welcome to join on their own too, as long as they are old enough to follow along for the full class. + A special goodie back for MOM!
Here’s the fun part: yoga, giggles, and glow sticks!
What to bring:
🧘 Your own yoga mat (one mat space per person)
💡 Something that glows or your brightest neon 💧 Refillable water bottle
🧦 Grippy socks or bare feet are perfect
Good to know: Each person gets their own mat space, so please reserve a spot for everyone joining you!
