Across Gloucestershire, we have a strong network of independent fitness instructors (or small businesses) offering exercise classes aimed at improving strength & balance for older people in the community.
Active Gloucestershire is working with Health Life Fitness to create a peer network for community‑based strength & balance professionals, with the aim of bringing instructors together to provide opportunities to network, share learning and ideas (both theoretical and practical), and hear from other partner updates for example, NHS Gloucestershire.
